As of 2012, we have dropped the ordering wizard for our QuickStyle books. It's still possible to order the QuickStyle book, but ordering for it is no longer done through the wizard, please upload your files via FTP and email the book specs just like a normal book order.
We are working on a new ordering system to replace the wizard.
